ANA PRESIDENT, CAMILUS UKAH, GREETS MUSLIMS AT EID EL KABIR

The National President of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Mr. Camilus Ukah, has felicitated with Muslims on the occasion of this year’s Eid el- Kabir. ANA President, in a statement issued by Mr. Wole Adedoyin (ANA PRO South) and Mr. Umar Yogiza (ANA PRO North) respectively, says it is a blessing to witness and celebrate another Eid –el- Kabir in spite of the Covid-19 pandemic confronting the entire country and the world at large. He prays that love and joy will envelop this season as we all relish warm and happy moments of peace in our families and our entire nation.

The goodwill message urges all Muslim faithfuls to uphold the highest morals of the teachings

of their faith and observe the government's guidelines on Covid-19 during and after Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

Mr. Ukah hopes that this auspicious season of happiness will help to breed an enduring culture of tolerance in the world.

He commends the Muslim faithfuls in ANA for shunning religious sentiments and massively

Supporting his emergence as the national President of the largest writers’ body in Africa, and

for being responsible members of the association.

He reaffirms his commitment to service and inclusive leadership in pursuit of the association’s role/ stake in national development.
